HERE TO HELP YOU
AMS Solicitors Preston was established in 2005 as a litigation practice in Preston. Since then we’ve grown significantly, developing our Conveyancing and Debt Recovery departments with several experienced lawyers and a highly skilled team of legal executives and paralegals.
Although we are a local company who employ local staff with local knowledge we can also provide national coverage for our clients. The result is an experienced firm offering “City” standards of advice with a personable, tailored approach to service.
To work with our clients to achieve the best outcome at the best price.
Knowledge, endeavour and teamwork.
Meet the Team
Suleman (Managing Director/Supervisor)
AMS Solicitors in Preston was founded in 2005 by Rahman a Litigator who had risen through the ranks to partner at an established Preston City centre law firm. From small beginnings on Ribbleton Lane on the outskirts of the City Centre dealing primarily with road traffic litigation, he has grown the firm organically to the point where we occupy modern office space on a business park in the popular suburb of Fulwood with easy access to the motorway network.
Rahman qualified in 1998 and was once a litigator and prosecutor Rahman has little time for file handling these days as fulfils the onerous duties of practice development and supervision as well as the many regulatory functions required for the management of a busy practice.
Rahman is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu.
Outside of the office Rahman is a family man and likes nothing more than time with his wife and three children.
