  • The Ministry of Justice Portal, Court Service and the Court Funds Office to progress and / or complete your claim;

  • The Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB), Employers Liability Tracing Office (ELTO), The Criminal Injuries Compensation Board (CICB) if appropriate in the furtherance of your claim and to fulfil your and our legal obligations;

  • Any other party we are required to engage with in the proper prosecution of your case;

  • Our Auditors and external assessment bodies to achieve and maintain any Regulatory or Quality Assurance Standards and accreditations which meet our legal obligations and enable us to provide quality legal services to you.
