UK Visas and General Immigration
The quoted fees include:
-
considering documents;
-
attending on you;
-
taking their instructions and providing advice;
-
preparing and submitting the application; and
-
advising you on timelines and the outcome of your application.
All fee ranges are broad and final figures agreed will vary according to complexity and individual circumstances of the case. Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
We will normally be able to submit these types of application within one to two weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
Once the application is submitted the Home Office will usually provide a processing time at the time of acknowledging receipt. The time for receipt of the acknowledgment can vary according to Home Office workloads.
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application.

All figures quoted are subject to VAT at the rate in force at the time (currently 20%).
Figures provided do not include any Disbursements (which are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties - for example application Fees, appeal fees and barrister’s fees) these are additional and will be discussed and explained before they are incurred.
Most applications will require payment of a Home Office or tribunal fee. Further information in relation to up to date fees can be obtained from the Home Office website https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration or alternately can be discussed when we attend with you.
If any case requires the use of a barrister, then their fees will be discussed and agreed prior to any instruction.
In most cases the use of an interpreter is unlikely to be required; however, if further assistance is needed we will discuss the availability and cost of instructing an interpreter to assist during the initial attendance.
